Even BEFORE 9/11 as some regional CBA's were getting better (ACA, AWAC, ASA, COMAIR, etc) that was being disproven. Post 9/11, as well as post economic recession, that's being disproven again. Not that I agree with it. But it's true. If you were to take a look at the top half of most regional seniority lies, you'd be surprised at 1) How long many have been there and 2) that they have NO intention of leaving.

AGAIN, I don't really care what somebody does with their career. But the six figure income/good schedule/home a lot/senior regional types aren't going anywhere. And that's fine with me, it just means they'll stay the hell out of my way when applying to a better job.
