From what I could tell the high time people looking at going to a regional aren't really doing any more work than sending a resume and hoping for a call.

I was talking to one guy in SLC and all he did was send a ton of resumes. He was ****ed he didn't get an interview and was looking at SkyWest. Currently the only airlines that will hire with a resume blitzkrieg are the regionals. Some extra work is required to get a job at a major.
