Most are being hired for Oconus work being deployed over-seas, so you must be able to hold a security clearance and legally able to work in the US.
Its a very rapidly growing company so response's can be somewhat slow. Must apply through the website (sorry, no way around this) and then wait. They typically do a phone interview or 2. Then if all goes well they schedule an in-person interview and a sim eval. If all goes well they will give you an offer.
Pay for the ISR deployed guys is nice and i just heard they are doing a 60 on/60 off rotation.
For the non ISR pilots, FO pay is about $12/hr flight rate and $15/hr ground. No direct hiring into the left seat. Upgrade times can be anywhere from a couple of months to a year or more depending on need. Upgrade times are typically 1200hours.
A&P rated pilots are HIGHLY sought after.
Thanks tons for the info-with the range of total times you talked about, what would be the lowest multi times they might consider for an F.O. job?
