The way it was described to me by the hiring manager....

Pay is a combination of what your paid on the road plus per diem and also what you make when working in the shop in Bridgewater. The potential is there to make somewhere between 35k and 45K as an FO. They highly encourage upgrading to Captain as they do not have any interest in lifetime FOs. Once you upgrade the pay increases.

Pay with Dynamic will be what you make of it. Taking as many projects on as you can and working in the shop when not on the road will pay well enough for most. It really depends on what your goals are. I personally am no longer driven by money. What is important to me is stability, challenging/meaningful flying and being a part of a great company that doesn't treat you like a robot and a number. Dynamic really fits that profile nicely for me and I can see myself spending my career there. I really felt a genuine kindness and interest in me as a person during the interview. Seems like everyone is happy there and that is whats important.

A wise man once said...be happy with what you do for a living and you will never work a day in your life. Money is important and necessary, but in the end more of it does not necessarily bring happiness. Just my 2 cents, no pun intended!

Hope I answered the question and I will get off my soapbox now :-)
