From my perspective, even the 300's and 350's are light twins.

Then again, from my perspective, a 757 is a light twin, too.

The BE-20's I flew were definitely light twins, as were the 90's.

In the Army, we fly 200's up to 14,000.
13,500 (w/ pax n' stuff) is not uncommon.

Probably about what a 757 burns in 25 minutes at idle.....

Depends on what section you are hired to fly with. The majority of their business is overseas C4ISR for DOD. There are also some positions stateside doing spraying for oil slick dispersant as well as mosquito control.
