What I see on Dynamic's web site is: "minimum 1200 hours total flight time, 1000 PIC hours, with 300 PIC hours in King Air or multi-engine turbo-propeller specific airframes"

You're saying guys are really getting hired with less than half of their stated mins and no T prop time?? I have 350 tt, 20 multi. Applying with times like this actually wouldn't be a waste of time?
