You're saying guys are really getting hired with less than half of their stated mins and no T prop time?? I have 350 tt, 20 multi. Applying with times like this actually wouldn't be a waste of time?
I saw the same mins you saw and that's exactly what prompted my previous post with basically the same question-are they short enough pilots that they have reduced mins or is there a series of other 'formulas' ie flight school attended, age, prior experience, veteran status that could also get someone in the door? Thanks for any info.
