......many orders and options did they lose because they were taking so long? =/ That's what worries me. Or is that just the norm?
A few walked, but not a significant number. Difficult to lose any order, but there were a number of factors to consider as to why they walked as well. That said, still sitting on 830 plus orders and there's room for more.
Norm(al) is not a word I would use to describe this program.
