But the other poster is right every state has different laws recording juvenile records. Hire a company to do your own check first and go to the FBI.gov and pay the fee to run your then you decide.

Hell I know a guy with a recent DUI's that have got hired. Another buddy with a recent suspend license was also hired. mistakes when your a juvenile is a no factor. Just tell the interviewer it was your friend and you were along for the ride. But own up to it.
