To the OP...

Assuming that is your only criminal blackmark, and that it takes you 4 years of college and then three years of training/CFI before you apply to an airline it should not hurt you much even if the airline did find out about.

But keep your record clean from here on out...a trend or pattern is much worse than a isolated youthful incident.

citation35hf is probably correct regarding civilian employers, but keep in mind that if you ever apply for a military, intelligence, or law enforcement job they will want FULL disclosure. The DoD and especially the intelligence community have a reasonable chance of finding juvie crimes because of the way they do background checks.
