Right, you’re missing the point, also splitting hairs, the point is if you were charged as a JUVENILE or not is what we are discussing. Also the FBI is who regulates what is put into IDACS/NCIC, not local jurisdictional procedure.

*After further digging, the FBI only allows crimes committed above 18 years of age entered into NCIC, even if a local jurisdiction charges someone as an Adult.*
