No, there is not. The only sort-of DH requirement is that middle seats assignments will be the lowest priority, and as part of the T&PA, we get an extra 50% pay for the DH if we are forced into a middle seat at check-in or by the gate agent. Otherwise we are supposed to get windows, aisles, emergency exit rows, bulkheads.
This is the same priority that the "new" United wants in our contract...Economy Plus NOT included.
