Thanks to all for the run down on the EWR-HNL flight. My wife and daughter decided to stick with SFO/LAX.

Sorry to hear of the extremely poor crew rest conditions on the 757/767. That is unacceptable, and will certainly need to be fixed along with DH seat assignments on our joint contract.
