I use a Nalgene flexible cantene bottle(32 oz). At home I fill and freeze it the night before. It freezes fairly long and flat and will keep my cooler cold all day. For in the hotels it also has a wide mouth so I can easily fill it with ice. This doesnt last quite as long, but will last most of the day. About $10 online or at stores.
