NuGuy is right, and Carl is predictable. The inescapable fact is DPA is a sentiment, not an organization. There are more traditional steps they could be taking right now
IF their goal were truly to get the best representation for Delta pilots. But to take those steps would expose themselves to the truth that they are the same small constituency that is always in the minority on key issues, and always on the losing end of votes.
To the 13% who voted against the big pay raises at NWA, and the 22% that voted against C2K, DPA is a contemporary re-write of the tale told by Cervantes.
ALPA speaks for more than 3 out of 4 of us, and you don't like it. You whine about an imperfect organization, and offer an even more imperfect one. It's time for the DPA outliers to go back to their traditional role of being grumbling contrarians, while ALPA gets us a contract. You can vote "no" again. You always do...it's the easiest vote there is.
