If another 100 retire Nov 1, that number increases.

11 parked 757s = 150 pilots max. So you can see why, even if they are parked, we will still be short. That's why manning won't be affected - they are mainly parking the 757s this early due to pilot shortages. If anything, they need to bump up the recalls once the schoolhouse slots are freed up again.
