Tone - It should come to a screeching halt after the Nov 1st retirements.
Will we have some retirements in the following months? Sure, but probably single digits, and maybe low single digits.
Almost everyone thinking of leaving in the next 6, 12, or 24 months is leaving right now.
With the expected Nov 1st retirements the 5 month total will be about 425(+/-). We might not hit 500 for the seniority year (July to June).
