This is all very accurate. It also is my FAV airplane I've flown and was very lucky to fly it as my first job and build PIC in it. The 208 is very forgiving and handles X-winds very easily. Flies just like a 172 on steroids. I'm not sure how the version without the cargo pod flies, probably better performance.
Ice can be a problem but as long as you're aware of it and get out there's really no cause for concern hence is why MANY cargo operators use the Turbine Suburban. Just don't forget to push the initial seperator in for takeoff and Flaps 10!
