I think the junior guy currently on the line at UAL has 10? years of service, so he would be paid as a CAL 737 f/o with 10 years of service instead of new hire rates.

12+ years of service. I was hired
11 years ago and am more than halfway down the furlough list.
SP is correct on how UAL furloughees will be paid.
