Most if not all of the fractionals will give you hotel points and likely better layovers (excluding TEB.)

Alpha flying is hiring for sure, you will reach Hilton Diamond there by 6 months or so.

XO Jet is hiring as well and you will be top tier in whichever hotel chains they use.

Avantair is hiring.

Not sure about Citation Air or Flexjet or the others I may have forgotten.

Heard a rumor once that at NetJets you are started out as Hilton Diamond as part of a deal the company negotiated. Not entirely sure if this is true or not.

Hotel points are off my radar as far as anything I care about, but if you do than the fractionals are 100% where you want to be.
