All of the FO's that will be hired over the first 5-6 months will be making between $180-$80/hour. If the company cancelled the agreement and reduced the pay to first year pay virtually all of them would quit at the same time. There is no way the company would make it thru the summer without massive cancellations costing millions of dollars. The company has little to gain and an incredible amount to loose. Look what happened to Americans share price when pilots retired in unexpected numbers.

As to pay alone, a UAL pilot now at CAL will not have their pay impacted by a "partial termination" as stated in the agreement. Yes, UCH can do many things if they enact that, but the 7.b jobs and conditions aren't effected with regards to pay.
