Not sure on competitive mins, it's all about internal recommendations. Our new-hire class ranged from 3,000hrs to 8,000hrs with varying backgrounds.
Wow... $250 a week.!! How on earth do they expect to hire the best of the best...with those kinda of incentives. Thats a mockery to the industry. How are the employee benefits and how long is the training??
