You also get approx. $36/day of per diem. So all in all, it works out to about $2000/month while in training.

Training is about 2 months long (including indoc, systems, sims, and down time). I had about a month off after training before I started IOE.

The benefits aren't great as far as insurance is concerned (at least, as compared to my last airline). We have relatively high premiums.
