JetBlue. 504 FLL-EWR diverted and took 7 plus hours to deplane. ATC audio being played on Weather Channel, absolutely ridiculous. Our public blog response sounds like it was written by a teenager, and praises the impotent station GM who accomplished exactly nothing, rather than the crew.
