I actually found Omni's training pay to work out pretty well. The Staybridge in Tulsa was nice, and single-occupancy (XJT was double-occupancy, which was awful). As advertised, I was off training pay 60 days in, which was actually about 2 weeks before my initial PC. Long training cycle. The 3 months I sat at home waiting for IOE was paid at full guarantee.
