Not exactly sure. Here is how it was worded in some gouge that I'm using to prep for an interview. "What are the tolerances on the MDA while flying to your missed approach point."
I don't think their asking about ATP standards, but rather can you fly at an altitude higher than the MDA before reaching the missed approach point. I'm not sure why you would really want to though.
I think I would have to ask for a little clarity before answering this in an interview.
