What are the altitude tollerances when crossing the MDA?

The best I could find in the AIM is at or above the MDA.

How do cross MDA? Do you mean upon leveling off at MDA or leaving MDA to land?

I believe once reaching MDA, Commercial standards are +100/-0, ATP +50/-0.

Not exactly sure. Here is how it was worded in some gouge that I'm using to prep for an interview. "What are the tolerances on the MDA while flying to your missed approach point."
I don't think their asking about ATP standards, but rather can you fly at an altitude higher than the MDA before reaching the missed approach point. I'm not sure why you would really want to though.
I think I would have to ask for a little clarity before answering this in an interview.

Link to the FAA Instrument PTS. Page 1-10 / or 38 of 48 on Adobe. FAF to MAP +100/-0, that's what I'd go with given what you have posted here.

On an approach you are protected from the MDA to the missed approach altitude. If you execute the missed approach prior to reaching the MAP, you can CLIMB to the missed approach altitude, but may not begin any required maneuvers, until reaching the MAP.

When cleared for an approach, you are protected in the altitudes between MDA and the Missed Approach altitude or the final intercept altitude (crossing the FAF), whichever is higher.
