Okay so in March I got a ticket for crossing a railroad in the middle of nowhere with the lights going. I waited like 7 minutes and there was no train - the signal must have been faulty. The prosecutor said as long as I have no violations for a year it will not go on my record. March 2012 will be one year. In the meantime and after March 2012, do I still include this on my traffic violations for airlineapps or does it really completely 100% come off your record with no evidence it was ever there?
