Driving Violations 'Suspended'

Driving Violations 'Suspended'
Okay so in March I got a ticket for crossing a railroad in the middle of nowhere with the lights going. I waited like 7 minutes and there was no train - the signal must have been faulty. The prosecutor said as long as I have no violations for a year it will not go on my record. March 2012 will be one year. In the meantime and after March 2012, do I still include this on my traffic violations for airlineapps or does it really completely 100% come off your record with no evidence it was ever there?

There are so many procedural variations among the 50 states that nobody can really answer this...at least not with enough certainty to bet your career on. Also sometimes when things like this are deleted from your record, it can still show up as a date that something happened, just the details are hidden.
Conventional wisdom is that unless it is a career-killer offense or you are 100% (not 99%) sure it will never show up, you had better disclose it.
A single (non-DUI/reckless) ticket is nothing, they won't even ask about. If they do, tell them what happened...I would give you a pass on that. In fact I'd have reservations about hiring someone who would sit at an obviously empty RR crossing for more than about 5 minutes.
