OPSpec C077, which we fly under, requires you to use airport obstacle data (APG or back of a Jepp 10-9) for example. Legally operating 135 under OPSpec C077 you can't land or depart and airport without it. This is airport I had in question had none. The only way you would know it was there was by lat/long.
