The place still is, always has been, and always will be the scumball of all airlines. It will never change. This is not a place where respectable aviators work. If you're looking for someone to pat you on the back for getting a job there, you are not going to get it from someone who does not work there.
By that token no regional is respectable and by the looks of the way Majors are it seems to be the same. I think those of us who interviewed did pretty well in stopping the PFT from happening. Everyone banded together and said no. Then we got the results we wanted it's a "small" step in the right direction.
