yea I agree, the best contract in the regionals, one of the best QOL, one of the largest fleets in the regionals, the most destinations, the most opportunities, and a new RFP that may or may not have been announced yet I'm not sure. O yea, they have the highest pay in the regionals to date and a managment that treats the pilots better than any other regional that I've ever heard of. Yea, I think Colgan would have been the place to go. Steer clear of XJT because they actually had the balls to tell their biggest dependent that they didn't need them and lost a few airplanes.
