Great Lakes operates the same as these guys, why dont you walk in that crew room and tell those guys how you feel and what they all need to do, so you can have an easier time.
Better yet why don't you tell them how bad they are for paying less per hour than GIA on the same airplane and their EMB 120. GLA guys have all been great to me and I would have gone their if I was given the opportunity, but I wasn't so off I go to GIA.
