Actually, we've "REALLY" been through 3, since I've been here at FedEx. The most contentious being the first. In fact,
we actually went into self help. But, sadly many didn't help.
So, I agree that we are working under our first negotiated contract...But, believe me. It was not our first "real" negotiations.
And, you might want to consider that many of us are refugees and have been through many negotiations at our first couple airlines.
