"All he did" was get us line guarantee and the QWL TA while giving the company zero concessions, unlike the previous TA that was voted down. IMO, line guarantee is one of the best "gets" we've had since C2000 and you can thank Wallach for that.
**** were never quite smart enough to figure out what the hat switch was really about (hint: it wasn't about the hat). And the trip trading system is no worse than it was before. The trip splitting piece may even benefit a few pilots.
UAL saw that the natives were getting very restless, and used the small (statistically insignificant) bump in SL usage that occurred after the 737 fleet parking/furlough announcements to get the judge to believe their BS case.
