Short version, the sun gets really hot just before it dies, the Earth turns into a cinder and then freezes permanently. Hopefully, we will have moved by then.
Just a hint, but if it takes a guy in a clown suit five hours to "explain" what you want us to believe, then you may be limiting your audience.
If it is all the same to you, I would much rather read something that contains actual results, proofs and data-not just pure speculation.
Most of us are very open to reasonable evidence presented by people not intending to defraud the public.
