BTW, there is no polite scolding. They forget to give 1 in 7 and/or relish the power rush of giving it instead of you just taking it. To rob them of this joy is a no no.
To use R24 as intended is against scheduling policy. Good question for the Senior Manager, if you ever see him.
As a side note, if your on the phone with a scheduler having a dispute remember that ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE BEING RECORDER so be sure to use your nice voice!
