Do they say in the interview process that they would rather not have their profiles and such known? If not, then I'm thinking that most management teams also know that there are whole websites/companies dedicated to interview prep and would take active measures if they did not want information shared.
Otherwise - - be careful about being the type of person who asks for the gouge and then afterwards is more stingy about paying it forward.
