The sim instruction was top of the time.

The ground was okay. The whole time I just felt like we were "going through the motions" to check a box. Even the Oral felt like a formality simply to do it. They told us word for word the questions and sure enough, that's what my oral was. All the safety exercises really were "okay, the FAA makes us do this so let's just get it over with."

I have no problem with self study, but the computer based study was terrible. Just read the AOM2 on your own, then use the animated systems at the academy and you should be good.

IOE instructors have been great instructors and mentors.

As with most large companies, I found there was a lot of hand not talking to the other hand.
