They will, ours. While we slug away they are peeking around the corner hoping the fight will go our way so they don't have to make an effort or take a risk.
ALPA joining in this fight just isn't going to happen.
The up side of this is that we don't have to listen to New Hire UPS pilots suggesting that we become part of ALPA.
