All the B+s at Mesaba were usable in early 07 (installed many years before) It supposedly has to do with seats and speed. Saab is slow with only about 30ish seats usable, a Q 400 has 70+ and runs near jet speeds. Alpa claims pay based on revenue capability. We know that's BS looking at the C/D scale they put out for the regionals but whatever....
