(including profit sharing and per diem) and divide them by my weighted hourly average for my fleet change and longevity increase, I "average" around 92 hours a month. I didn't get a single green slip this year and only held a line once.

Including profit sharing to boost a monthly average to determine FPL is disingenuous at best, particularly when one on FPL is paid out profit sharing seperately.
