Who's talking about "getting rid" of 24J? I'm talking about modifying the language such that the entire amount of flight pay loss to union officials is given to the pilots as increased compensation. Then our dues would go up by the exact same amount. This way our union officials are paid by us for their representation services...not management.

As stated above, nobody is talking about "losing" part of the PWA. Which is unfortunate, because I would love to talk about losing parts of our Section 1 that allows for outsourcing. That would be a case where losing something in the PWA would produce restoration plus.
