Along the same lines, having the Chief Pilot get a call during ground school from someone who noticed some odd behavior and put 2 and 2 together and knew who they were and what was going on and happened to be friends with the chief pilot. Resulted in a massive washout at my company about 6 years ago or so. All but one were fired and the one was not present for the shenanigans.
