Any reasonable competent pilot can do the EWV to 31 at LGA. It is not that difficult. I have seen Mad Dogs and Airbus' screw it up though. I would agree with you about DCA.

I agree with all of the above reasons for washing out, but surprised nobody as mentioned the INSTRUCTOR. If he sucks and don't give a crap, you are done. Seen it in the military and civilian life.
