Here's what's more important: what other aviation college charges nearly $13K a semester? Does the vaunted aero sci degree confer any advantage to remotely justify that cost? No.
Parks college in St. Louis is $13,125 per semester, plus flight training. Purdue is $22,526 for a non-resident year's tuition ($33,00+ for room and board, books, etc..), plus flight training. I'm sure I can find a few more, but I'm not going to waste my time. College is expensive.
