That is certainly UCH's goal and if the MECs send it out it almost certainly be approved because enough CAL pilots will take any incremental improvement (see profit sharing threads) and I'm not sure UAL pilots can fully imagine our workrules are really that bad (they are--see 3 UAL pilots who quit after just a few weeks on CAL property).
