Hetman, I guess you confuse arriving to work actually prepared with showing up and using the phrase "i was a captain on a boeing for 27 years" in lieu of being equipped for said flight as being arrogant. All I am stating are my personal experience with some guys that thought that just because they slept through the last 15 years of their career with out cracking a book at xyz airline they could just half heartedly mosey in and be a captain anywhere. All the while blowing wads of cash on type ratings because they aren't any good at golf so they decide to "work".
