That's what the company would like, but until it happens on paper there is no sense worrying about every little rumor from the training department or CPOs (because you know that's where they all start). I'll give the two MC/MECs and the company the opportunity to hash something out so that NONE OF US have our lives upended anymore than needs to be until we get a JCBA.
