Got this diirectly from LC and MC. They were told of plans from the company to build up the flying at new domiciles and IAH is the source. aWhere else can it come from. Relatively speaking, IAH 737 is best staffed...that's a fact. Whether it is a TDY or domicile opening, makes no difference...the staffing will be reduced in IAH, to support others hub flying because IAH is doing the most flying/trips into Den and ORD. Someone's life is always upended when these moves come about...as a commuter and someone that experienced a big hit in seniority and QOL, when 30 percent of the flying left EWR for IAH...only to see IAH guys overnighting in EWR. For many in IAH, it was a ceiling, for many in EWR, it was the floor. I hope you are right and they can reduce the negative impact, .but
seniority ..will drive it ultimately
